SOMEBODY HAS GIVEN YOU THIS
Your life story, in your own voice, printed as a book.
Tell Me Forever asks you about your life — one question at a time — and you answer out loud, in your own words. We write the answers down, typeset them, and post you a printed book with your voice inside it.
It is already paid for. There is nothing to buy, nothing to subscribe to, and no card to enter.
What you have been given
Somebody asks, you talk
Questions arrive one at a time. You answer them out loud, from your own phone, in your own time — there is nothing to install and no password to remember.
A book arrives
Every answer is written out and set into a real book, posted to you. Beside each story there is a small square code — anyone can hold a phone up to it and hear you telling it. The gift covers 3 hours of recording and one book.
The things people ask first
- Do I have to be good with computers?
- No. You tap one large button and talk. Everything else — writing it down, laying out the book, printing it — happens here.
- Is this going to cost me anything?
- No. It has been paid for. There is no subscription and nothing renews.
- How long do I have?
- As long as you like. The code does not expire, so there is no date to remember and no hurry.
- Who hears the recordings?
- Only you and whoever is arranging the interview. Nothing here is public, there is no feed, and there is nothing for anybody to browse.
- What if I say something wrong?
- Answer it again. Nothing goes in the book until it is chosen, and anything can be re-recorded or left out.
Not sure this is genuine? That is a sensible thing to wonder. Write to us and a person will answer.
